From one dream to another is visually stunning multimedia piece that examines identity transitions and cultural assimilation. Sharing with the viewer what feels like a lucid dream, this story follows a young Indigenous girl feeling the allure of urban society. She arrives, only to lose herself amidst the concrete. This transcendental film is creatively constructed with a series of long exposure photographs that are animated with graphic overlays.

Jason Lujan is a Native American multimedia artist currently living in New York City. In his work, he explores hybridization between American Indian culture and global communities.
